Tips for Saving Time in the Morning

Now that we’ve all been back at work a few months after the lockdowns, time is back to that precious commodity. Especially in the mornings, when often we are pressed to be in the office on time. A little preparation can help get us there on time.

Getting Your Vehicle Ready

If you drive to work be sure as the colder weather is now upon us, to use a windscreen cover and have de-icer and a scraper on hand. If the worst comes and your car is frozen over, the windscreen cover will save a lot of time in scraping and removing the ice. You should never drive unless the windows of your car are clear, but with a little planning, the time wasted scraping thick ice from your screen can be avoided.

This also takes away the stress of having to decide what to wear, which can be quite time-consuming in itself. Get your bag packed and even your lunch made to help save time.

Get Technology Sorted

If you wear an automatic watch you may have noticed if you don’t wear it for a couple of days it will run out of wind. This is a pain in the mornings if you intend to wear a watch ensure its ready to go at the correct time, consider storing your automatic watch in a watch winder which as the ones from Barrington watch winders that come in a range of colours! The winder will keep your watch wound and working perfectly for as long as you leave it. It’s a great way to ensure you don’t have to worry about your watch working, and can just get on with your day. Making sure things like your phone, sat nav and even your electric vehicle are charged and ready to go is also recommended!
