Whether you’re planning to go on long-term travel or you just fancy a holiday abroad, there are things that you need to consider before you go. Obviously, you’ll not be able to travel abroad without a passport, but it’s also worth considering what else you may need & what is sensible to take. For starters, taking a photo of your passport so you have a digital copy in case anything goes stray with yours is a good idea. It is also worth taking something else with your photo ID on, or at least a digital copy of it just in case. Travel restrictions and requirements may vary depending on where you are visiting, so make sure you research this in advance so you can be sure you have everything you need.

Travel insurance is a must – even though people feel as though it is a waste of money when they don’t need to make a claim. One thing that people can find harder is to get insured when they have a pre-existing medical condition.
